This Legal Notice applies to the Spectral Lens™ website and should be read with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Cookie information and any applicable Client or project agreement. It is not a substitute for project-specific contractual terms.

Unless otherwise stated, the Spectral Lens™ website, its layout, text, photography, video, graphics, artwork, branding, design, interface elements, case studies, showreels, written content, downloadable material and other original content are protected by copyright, design rights, trade mark rights and other intellectual-property laws.

Rights owned by or capable of vesting in Spectral Lens Ltd remain with Spectral Lens Ltd. No ownership right is transferred merely because material is displayed publicly, downloaded where permitted, commissioned, paid for, delivered or accessed through the Client Portal.

Except where Spectral Lens Ltd expressly executes a written copyright assignment identifying the specific rights being assigned, all copyright and other intellectual-property rights owned by or capable of vesting in Spectral Lens in connection with commissioned creative work, human-created elements, selection, arrangement, editing, retouching, production, working materials, prompts, templates, methods and Deliverables remain with Spectral Lens Ltd.

Clients receive the usage licence stated in the applicable proposal, Statement of Work, invoice, agreement or licence. Payment of an invoice, including payment in full, does not itself assign copyright.

Client-supplied logos, trade marks, copy, data and other Client Materials remain subject to the rights of the Client or relevant rights holder. Stock assets, music, fonts, software, open-source components, AI-provider elements and other third-party materials remain subject to their applicable licences and ownership. Spectral Lens grants only those rights it is legally entitled to grant.

The Spectral Lens™ name, brand identity, logos, marks and associated branding must not be used in a manner that suggests endorsement, partnership, sponsorship or affiliation without prior written permission. Third-party names and trade marks appearing on the website remain the property of their respective owners.

You may view the public website and use it for lawful enquiries, purchases and ordinary personal or business reference. You must not reproduce, republish, scrape, harvest, systematically extract, reverse engineer, distribute, resell or commercially exploit website content or technical elements without permission, except to the extent expressly permitted by law.

Website content, Project Materials, previews, downloads, Deliverables, digital products and private Portal materials must not be used to train, fine-tune, benchmark, develop or operate artificial-intelligence models, datasets or competing systems without prior written permission from Spectral Lens Ltd, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

Subject to applicable Client agreements, confidentiality, privacy, embargoes and third-party rights, Spectral Lens may display selected completed work, permitted behind-the-scenes material and case-study information for its own portfolio, website, social media, showreels, awards, proposals, presentations, marketing and business-development purposes. This is self-promotional use and does not by itself authorise the sale or licensing of Client-specific Project Materials as standalone commercial assets to unrelated third parties.

We take reasonable care with public website information but do not guarantee that every page, price, availability statement, service description or external link will always be complete, current or error-free. Website content is general information and does not constitute legal, financial or other regulated professional advice unless expressly stated.

Links or integrations may lead to third-party websites, payment services, platforms or resources. Their content, terms, privacy practices and availability are their own responsibility. A link does not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.

Personal data is handled in accordance with the Spectral Lens™ Privacy Policy. That Policy explains public website processing, Client Portal security monitoring and session recording, project data, cloud processing, international transfers, provider categories, backups and data-protection rights. We do not publish a complete list of operational service providers as part of this Legal Notice.

Public website use is governed primarily by the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Legal Notice and Refund and Cancellation Policy. Clients may also be bound by proposals, Statements of Work, Client Services agreements, AI or Real Estate agreements, website-development agreements, licences, releases, Portal acceptance terms and other project-specific documents.

Where a conflict exists, the priority rules in the Terms of Service and the relevant specific agreement apply.

Failure to enforce a legal right does not waive it. If a provision of this Notice is invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or removed, and the remaining provisions continue.

This Legal Notice and disputes concerning the website or its subject matter are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
